1. Gather 6 colored sheets of paper (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple). 2. Sit comfortably on the floor with your sheets in front of you. 3. Starting with red, take a deep breath in while counting to 4 and hold. 4. Exhale slowly for 6 counts, focusing on the red sheet. 5. Repeat this process for each color, gradually increasing your calmness. 6. After the last color, share how each color made you feel with your family!
