1. Sit comfortably on the floor with your family members. 2. Set a timer for 1 minute. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your belly. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth, counting to five. 5. Repeat as many times as you can until the timer goes off. 6. Discuss how you felt and notice any changes in your body or mood.
