      Try it with your learner

      1. Sit comfortably on the floor or a chair with a straight back. 2. Close your eyes gently and place your hands on your tummy. 3. Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4, feeling your tummy rise. 4. Hold your breath for a count of 4, feeling the stillness. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4, feeling your tummy fall. 6. Repeat this process for 5 minutes, and share how you feel after!
