1. Gather a bowl of soapy water and a bubble wand. 2. Take a deep breath in for 4 seconds through your nose. 3. Hold your breath for 4 seconds, then slowly blow out through your mouth. 4. Dip the wand into the soapy water and gently blow to create bubbles. 5. Focus on the size of each bubble as you breathe — bigger bubbles mean longer breaths! 6. Share your biggest bubble with family — who can make the largest?
