1. Inflate a balloon and tie it securely. 2. Stand in an open space with the balloon in front of you. 3. Take a deep breath in through your nose, then blow gently on the balloon to make it move forward. 4. Repeat, focusing on your breathing rhythm while racing the balloon. 5. Challenge a family member to race, counting how many times you can blow and move it! 6. Share how you felt before and after the race — was it easier to focus?
