      1. Take a balloon and stretch it gently. 2. Hold the balloon at your lips and take a deep breath. 3. Blow air into the balloon slowly, filling it up. 4. Count how many seconds you can blow without stopping. 5. Hold the filled balloon and take 5 deep breaths, focusing on the air inside. 6. Share your experience with family — how did the breathing feel?
