1. Gather 5 small household items and place them in a line. 2. Show the items to your child for 30 seconds. 3. Cover the items and hide them. 4. Start a relay race: run to a designated point and back. 5. Once back, ask your child to recall as many items as possible. 6. Repeat the race two more times, adding one more item each round.
