1. Gather items like chairs, cushions, and ropes (or towels). 2. Set up 5 exercise stations: jump over a cushion, balance on a chair, do 5 push-ups, crawl under a rope, and stretch for 10 seconds. 3. Time yourself for 1 minute at each station. 4. Rotate through all stations, completing as many repetitions as possible. 5. Record your scores and see where you can improve next time. 6.
