Engaging in creative expression allows children to embody kindness through art, tapping into embodied cognition. By decorating rocks, children activate their emotional intelligence, enhancing their ability to empathize with others in their community.
1. Gather 5 smooth rocks and clean them with water. 2. Use paint or markers to write positive messages or draw symbols of kindness on each rock. 3. Let the paint dry completely. 4. Choose a public space—a park or outside your building—to place your rocks. 5. Share your creations with family and friends, encouraging them to add their own rocks. 6. Reflect: How did placing the rocks make you feel? What reactions did you notice?
