The embodied cognition principle applies here, as physically writing and handling the jar transforms abstract ideas of kindness into tangible actions. Each act becomes a repeatable challenge, promoting a mindset geared towards empathy and cooperation.
1. Find an empty jar and clean it thoroughly. 2. Cut colored paper into small strips (about 10 cm long). 3. Write one kind act on each strip, e.g., 'help Didi with chores'. 4. Fold each strip and place it in the jar. 5. Choose and complete one act each day from the jar. 6. Reflect on how it felt to be kind — share your experience with Appa or Amma.
