Engaging in kindness reinforces social bonds and enhances emotional intelligence. The dual coding theory applies here as children visualize their acts of kindness and reflect on them, creating lasting mental associations.
1. Take an empty jar and decorate it with colors or stickers. 2. Cut colored paper into small strips. 3. Together, write down kind acts you can do on each strip, like sharing toys or helping a neighbor. 4. Fold the strips and place them in the jar. 5. Choose one kind act to complete each day. 6. At the end of the week, discuss how these acts made you feel.
