By visually tracking kind acts using a jar, children experience embodied cognition — each act becomes a physical contribution to their environment. This reinforces positive behavior through consistent reflection and encourages social interaction.
1. Find a clear jar and decorate it with colorful paper. 2. Cut 10 small pieces of paper or use sticky notes. 3. Write down kind actions to do for others, like ‘help Amma with cooking’ or ‘share toys with Bhaiya’. 4. Fold each piece of paper and place them in the jar. 5. Every day, pick one act to complete and note how it felt. 6. At the end of the week, share your experiences with your family.
