Visual tracking of kind deeds reinforces positive behavior through embodied cognition. When children see their good actions compiled, it boosts motivation to replicate those behaviors and connect emotionally with their impact.
1. Find a clean glass jar or container and label it 'Kindness Jar'. 2. Cut colorful paper into small strips (about 2x5 cm). 3. Whenever someone does a good deed, write it on a strip and fold it up. 4. Place the folded strip into the jar. 5. At the end of the week, read out all the kindness notes together. 6. How did those acts of kindness make you feel?
