1. Gather 3 soft balls or rolled socks. 2. Stand in an open space with no distractions. 3. Take a deep breath and focus on your breathing. 4. Start by tossing one ball from one hand to the other, maintaining eye contact. 5. Gradually add a second ball, tossing them in a rhythm. 6. Finally, introduce the third ball, juggling while focusing on your breath. Challenge family members to join!
