1. Gather an empty jar or container and colorful papers. 2. Cut the papers into small strips (about 5cm x 2cm). 3. Decorate the jar with stickers or paint. 4. Each day, write one thing you are grateful for on a paper strip. 5. Fold and drop the strip into the jar. 6. At the end of the week, read them out loud with your family.
