      1. Write down 5 common interview questions on separate pieces of paper. 2. Fold and place them in a bowl. 3. Take turns picking a question from the bowl. 4. Set a timer for 1 minute and answer the question on the spot. 5. Switch roles and have the other person interview you. 6. Discuss what went well and what could be improved after each turn.
