1. Take an empty jar and decorate it with colorful paper and stickers. 2. Cut small pieces of paper to write down kind acts you can do. 3. Fill the jar with these pieces — aim for at least 10. 4. Each day, pick one act and complete it, sharing the experience with your family. 5. Discuss how it felt to perform each act at the end of the week. 6. Can you think of new acts to add to the jar?
