1. Sit comfortably on the floor with your legs crossed. 2. Imagine a balloon in your hands. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your belly like the balloon. 4. Hold the breath for 2 seconds, feeling the stretch. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, imagining the balloon deflating. 6. Repeat this process 5 times, noticing how your mind feels calmer.
