      Try it with your learner

      1. Sit comfortably in a quiet space with family members. 2. Close your eyes and imagine a blue balloon in front of you. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, picturing the balloon inflating. 4. Hold your breath for a count of three, visualizing the balloon filled with air. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, imagining the balloon deflating. 6. Repeat this 5 times and notice how your body feels — share it with your family!
