1. Take a long, thin balloon and stretch it gently. 2. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your belly. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth into the balloon to inflate it. 5. Repeat until the balloon is fully inflated. 6. Share your balloon with a family member and teach them the breathing technique!
