1. Sit comfortably with your back straight. 2. Place your hands on your stomach. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your stomach expand like a balloon. 4. Hold your breath for 3 seconds. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, imagining the balloon deflating. 6. Repeat 5 times, then share how you feel afterwards.
