1. Sit comfortably with legs crossed and hands on your belly. 2. Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your belly like a balloon. 3. Hold your breath for a count of 3. 4. Slowly exhale through your mouth, deflating the balloon. 5. Repeat 5 times, counting each inhale and exhale. 6. Share how you feel after the exercise — are you more relaxed?
