      1. Get a 1-liter bottle and a measuring cup. 2. Fill the bottle with water and mark every 200ml on the side. 3. Set a timer for 2 hours. 4. Every 2 hours, pour a cup of water from the bottle into a glass, tracking the amount consumed. 5. Write down how many milliliters you drank each time. 6. At the end of the day, see if you reached the 2-liter goal — celebrate if you did!
