1. Gather 4 empty bottles (500ml each) and a large pitcher of water. 2. Place the bottles in front of you, labeling them for each meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner. 3. Pour water into each bottle to the top. 4. Drink from each bottle at the designated meal time, keeping track of how much you consume. 5. At the end of the day, compare how much water each bottle has left. 6. Discuss with family how hydration makes you feel — more energetic or sleepy?
