1. Gather 5 different liquids: water, juice, milk, soda, and coconut water. 2. Pour equal amounts (50ml each) into small cups. 3. Taste each liquid and note how it makes you feel. 4. Discuss with family which ones they think hydrate best. 5. Rank the drinks from most to least hydrating based on your experience. 6. Create a hydration chart for your family to follow daily.
