1. Gather 3 empty bottles (1 liter each) and a measuring cup. 2. Fill one bottle with 1 liter of water to start. 3. Set a timer for every hour and drink a glass of water. 4. After each hour, measure how much water you've drunk so far and record it. 5. Try to finish the bottle by the end of the day! 6. Discuss with family how water helps your body.
