1. Select 5 small items from around the house (like a pen, toy, or coin). 2. Place them on a table and cover them with a cloth. 3. Reveal the items for 30 seconds, then cover them again. 4. Write down as many details as you remember about each item. 5. Uncover the items and check your notes. 6. Repeat with new objects — can you remember even more details?
