1. Collect 10 food items representing different food groups (e.g., fruits, grains, veggies, proteins). 2. Create a start line and a finish line about 10 feet apart. 3. Set a timer for 3 minutes for each player to collect items. 4. Each player runs back and forth, bringing one item at a time to the finish line. 5. After the race, sort the collected items into their respective food groups. 6. Discuss with your family how many items fit into each group and their health benefits.
