1. Collect an empty jar or any container. 2. Cut colorful paper into small squares (10-15). 3. Gather family members and discuss things you're grateful for this week. 4. Each person writes one gratitude note on a square paper. 5. Fold and place the notes into the jar. 6. Share your favorite notes at the end of the month — what made you smile?
