1. Gather a white bread slice and a plastic bag. 2. Rub the bread on a surface you think is dirty (like a doorknob). 3. Place the bread slice in the plastic bag and seal it. 4. Repeat with a clean surface for comparison. 5. Leave both bags in a warm place for 3 days. 6. Observe the growth of mold — discuss which surface had more germs!
