      Try it with your learner

      1. Sit comfortably on the floor or a chair with your back straight. 2. Close your eyes and place one hand on your belly. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds, feeling your belly rise. 4. Hold your breath for 4 seconds, feeling the fullness. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 seconds, feeling your belly fall. 6. Repeat this breathing cycle 5 times and notice how your mind feels clearer.
