1. Sit comfortably on a mat or chair. 2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose for 4 counts. 3. Hold your breath for 4 counts. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts. 5. Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes, focusing on the breath. 6. Share how you feel before and after the exercise with a family member.
