1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. 2. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4, feeling your belly rise. 4. Hold your breath for a count of 4, feeling the pause. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6, noticing your belly fall. 6. Repeat this cycle 5 times, then share how you feel with your family.
