1. Select a lively song and clear a space to dance. 2. Play the music and dance freely for 1 minute. 3. Stop the music suddenly and hold your pose for 10 seconds. 4. Restart the music and dance again, focusing on your movements. 5. Keep repeating the dance and freeze pattern for 5 cycles. 6.
