1. Choose an upbeat song and play it loud. 2. Dance freely around the room until the music stops. 3. When the music pauses, freeze in place immediately! 4. Hold your frozen position for 10 seconds without moving. 5. Resume dancing when the music starts again. 6. Invite family members to join and see who can hold their freeze the longest!
