1. Gather a large sheet of paper and colored markers. 2. Draw a big clock face with 12 sections. 3. Write down 6 fun activities (like drawing, reading, or playing) and assign each to a 30-minute block. 4. Use different colors for each activity and label the time. 5. Set a timer for each block and focus solely on that activity until the timer rings. 6. Reflect on how you felt after completing each block — was it easier to focus?
