1. Gather a few cones or markers to set up a course. 2. Divide your family into two teams. 3. Establish a start and finish line with the markers. 4. Each team member takes turns running to the endpoint and back. 5. Time each run with a stopwatch — who runs fastest? 6. Celebrate the winning team and discuss how each family member can improve their fitness!
