1. Gather 2 rolls of bandages (or strips of cloth). 2. Designate one person as the 'patient' and the other as the 'helper'. 3. The 'patient' pretends to have a wound (like a sore knee) and sits down. 4. The 'helper' must race to wrap a bandage around the 'wound' safely. 5. After applying the bandage, switch roles and repeat! 6. Discuss what to do if someone really gets hurt.
