Visual representation of emotions utilizes dual coding theory; combining images and words strengthens memory. Creating and discussing their collages encourages emotional regulation and communication skills, guided by Vygotsky's scaffolding.
1. Gather materials: old magazines, colored paper, scissors, and glue. 2. Draw a large heart on a piece of paper or find a big sheet. 3. Share your collage with your family and explain each emotion. 6. Reflect together: how do these feelings affect you daily?
