1. Gather a paper plate and colored markers. 2. Divide the plate into 6 sections. 3. Label each section with different emotions: happy, sad, angry, excited, scared, relaxed. 4. Choose colors that represent each emotion and fill in the sections. 5. Discuss with your family what makes you feel each emotion. 6. Hang your Mood Color Wheel somewhere visible to remind you to express your feelings.
