1. Gather a blank sheet of paper and colored pencils. 2. Walk around your neighborhood to spot 5 landmarks (like temples, parks, etc.). 3. Draw your neighborhood outline on the paper, placing landmarks in their actual locations. 4. Write a short story or interesting fact about each landmark next to them. 5. Share your map with a family member and discuss the landmarks' significance. 6. Reflect: What did you learn about your community's history?
