1. Gather 2 pairs of shoes from different family members. 2. Each person takes turns wearing the shoes. 3. Walk around the house or yard for 5 minutes. 4. Share feelings about how it felt to wear the shoes and any challenges faced. 5. Discuss what you learned about the person whose shoes you wore. 6. Reflect on how understanding their experience might change your behavior towards them.
