1. Gather a large sheet of paper and colored markers. 2. Draw a circle in the center and write 'Me' inside it. 3. Around the circle, draw smaller circles for friends or family members, labeling each one. 4. For each person, think of a recent event and jot down how they might have felt during it. 5. Share your maps with each other and discuss the feelings listed. 6. Reflect: How can understanding these feelings change how we act towards others?
