1. Gather 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of butter. 2. Mix in a bowl, discussing how each ingredient feels and what emotions it can represent. 3. Shape the dough into different forms: a heart, a smiley face, etc. 4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. 5. Once cooled, discuss how each shape might represent different feelings. 6. Share cookies and talk about a time you felt that emotion.
