1. Gather materials: a large sheet of paper, colored markers, and a ruler. 2. Draw a big circle and divide it into four sections: Happy, Sad, Angry, Calm. 3. Color each section with a different color and label them. 4. Daily, use the markers to draw or write how you feel in the corresponding section. 5. Discuss with family members about your feelings and what caused them. 6. Reflect each week on your mood patterns and what makes you feel different emotions.
