1. Write down 5 different emotions on small pieces of paper (happy, sad, angry, scared, excited). 2. Fold the papers and put them in a bowl. 3. Take turns picking a paper and act out the emotion without speaking. 4. Other family members guess the emotion and discuss a time they felt that way. 5. Create a short role-play scenario involving a situation where empathy is needed. 6. Perform the scenario together and reflect on how it felt to be in someone else's shoes.
