1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Take a deep breath in through your nose, counting to 4. 3. Pretend to be a dragon — open your arms wide and let out a powerful roar as you exhale! 4. Repeat the breathing and roaring 5 times, feeling more relaxed each round. 5. Invite family members to join and take turns being the dragon. 6. Share how you felt after each roar — did it make you feel calm or excited?
