1. Gather a mirror, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a notebook. 2. Look at your teeth in the mirror and note their condition. 3. List your daily habits related to brushing and food. 4. Discuss what habits help your teeth and which ones might harm them. 5. Create a ‘Dental Care Plan’ on what to improve. 6. Share your plan with your family — make it a family goal!
