      1. Sit comfortably in a quiet place with your back straight. 2. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4, feeling your belly rise. 4. Hold your breath for a count of 4. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6, feeling your belly fall. 6. Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes, then share how you feel with a family member.
