How the activity runs

  1. Grab a notebook or some sheets of paper.
  2. Find a quiet and comfortable spot to write.
  3. Think about your day and jot down three highlights.
  4. Write one thing you learned and how it made you feel.
  5. End with a goal for tomorrow or something you look forward to.
